Monthly Faves: April 2025!

Hiya, BIC! I hope spring shopping szn has been treating you well. 🌷🛍 It’s been busy over here at Sephora HQ – but don’t worry, I’ve still found time to walk over to the closest Sephora store on my lunch break to swatch all the latest beauty goodies IRL. Me? Obsessed? Yes, yes I am.

Even with all the fun store newness and Sephora Savings Event hauls to keep me entertained here on the BIC and on social, I found myself reaching more for my existing collection this month – and my April faves reflect that! Hydrated, sun-shielded skin, a simple slick-back, and a fool-proof blush have been the keys to my low-maintenance spring look. (Don’t ask me why it still takes me so long to get ready, though).

Here are some of my trusty April favorites:

@Buootiful  it's a very nice light, fresh, kind of understated floral. I'm not sure of what else it might compare to though 🤔

@caitbird I see we are all loving the Glossier perfumes! I have the pink + cream bottles and now I have FOMO 😂

@caitbird I finally got to smell Zoologist Hummingbird and it's very unique!  It was fun to get to sniff a bunch of their perfumes in a perfume shop and Hummingbird was one of the ones that I liked best.  Great set of monthly favs 🙂

@CookieGirl1  thank you! ooh, smelling a bunch of Zoologist fragrances in a perfume shop sounds amazing! I do love Hummingbird, it makes me feel like I'm in a beautiful flower garden.

These look great @caitbird this is a beautiful shot of your faves! 💜 I haven't seen L'oreal's glotion before, but I'm smiling at the name. It's nice?

@CynthieLu  thank you! The L'Oreal Lumi Glotion is my current favorite tinted moisturizer; it gives a lovely glow to the skin.

It sounds lovely! I'm all about getting some glowing skin especially with the warmer weather on its way. @caitbird 😎 Can I ask more? It dosen't stain your clothes at all? I'm thinking of my white summer shirts. 🤔

@CynthieLu I haven't had a problem with it staining my clothes, but I do always use a setting spray with it, so that probably helps.

@PrettyPaint Great faves! I've been curious about the Milk skin tint... I LOVE the Hourglass Veil™ Hydrating Skin Tint Foundation so I don't really have any reason to switch other than my own curiosity! Plus the sound of the "gel" formula of Milk's sounds nice.
