We’re here at the end of April, and it finally feels like spring! This month, I was lucky enough to take a little break from my desk and take a quick vacay, and in the spirit of packing light, I did some cutthroat prioritization with my beauty routine. What’s the one blush I can’t live without these days? What’s the best goof-proof liquid liner that I can apply with a quick flick? What’s the smallest, cutest powder compact I can possibly find? 🤣 April has been all about the on-the-go essentials for me… but they’re not just for jet-setting!

@AlexBT  I keep seeing those Gucci blushes in everyone’s favorites, month after month. I will need to get me one! I am adding new favorites to my already existing loves list. This month I am loving my new Valentino Mini Rosso Valentino Lipstick 107A Ode To Naural a lot. This is my first Valentino lipstick. The formula is excellent. I love that they have these mini versions because the regular size is quite pricey. 

I have also discovered Make Up For Ever lip liners. I got MAKE UP FOR EVER Artist Color Pencil Longwear Lip Liner 606 Wherever Walnut enabled by @dimesandnichols and it is absolutely awesome! 

I am also deeply in love with Rare Beauty by Selena Gomez Positive Light Silky Touch Highlighter Exhilarate So soft and so flattering! I would bathe in it! 

I am loving Glossier Cloud Paint Gel Cream Blush Spark (thank you so much @TeamBIC for sending it so I could try it!!), specially as lipstick. I am amazed at the pigmentation and how beautiful it looks and how comfortable it feels on the lips.

And moving into a different category, I am in love with Maison Margiela ’REPLICA’ On a Date Scented Candle 5.8 oz / 165 g It smells awesome!!!

I'm also really into the MUFE lip liners... in fact, I can't stop buying lip liners lately!!! I have Wherever Walnut and MAKE UP FOR EVER Artist Color Pencil Longwear Lip Liner 600 Anywhere Caffeine (couldn't decide, haha)

I'm so glad you love the MAKE UP FOR EVER Artist Color Pencil Longwear Lip Liner 606 Wherever Walnut @Saradestin ! I really want to try that Glossier Cloud Paint Gel Cream Blush, but I think I need to take it easy on the makeup purchases after what I spent during the Sephora sale 🤔.

@AlexBT - Your picture is so pretty this month.  I agree, the Gucci Luminous Matte Beauty Blush 05 Rosy Beige is a fave for me too.  I haven't had an opportunity to try any of my new products, so they may be on next month's list.  This month I'm in love with Hourglass Ambient® Lighting Bronzer Nude Bronze Light .  It's the first bronzer that's light enough that I can actually use it on my pasty white skin as an all over color to bring life to my face.  Most bronzers I wear as blushes because they are to dark, but make great earth-toned blushes.

Oooh you reminded me that I recently rediscovered an old Hourglass Ambient Light compact from my stash -- maybe it'll show up on next month's faves...

It's that fun time of month again! Ooh I agree, on the Gucci Blushes @AlexBT  My favorite of that line is theGucci Luminous Matte Beauty Blush 02 Tender Apricot it plays really nice on my fair complexion, like a natural flush 🥰

And a big yes to those Baggage Claim eye masks,  they are 👌 fantastic!

This month, some New to me loves:

Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder - Tinted Primer & Foundation 1 (and 2 , I mix them to make my skin tone)

It's sooo easy to wear this foundation like balm, it dosen't feel heavy and it lasts through a hot kitchen work day. Important note, It's not as grippy as the universal was for being a stand alone primer, but still quite good! I have dry skin so as long as I have a good moisturized base, this balm is the bomb 😍

SEPHORA COLLECTION Clean Glossy Lip Oil RASPBERRY 

I grabbed this last month, and it's been on my lips soo much I almost fished the tube. It has a sweet colour pay off and it feels nice on my lips. I like the I can wear it without having to worry about how it dries down or fades out, it just leaves a light stain 😄

and a I loved you for a long time is:

The Ordinary Niacinamide 10% + Zinc 1% Oil Control Serum  I love this serum for its multitude of benefits for my skin and how well it plays with other parts of my skin care ✨️ It's a product I recommend to alot of people 🩵

Those are some awesome loves @CynthieLu ! I haven’t been able to make Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder - Tinted Primer & Foundation Universal  work for me. I hope I have more luck with Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Blurring Balm Powder Flushed - Matte Color for Cheek & Lip Bellini  because it is arriving hopefully tomorrow😅

@Saradestin I wanted to try the blush buuut I tried other things instead, choices are soo hard. 😅

That's funny because that's the shade I would have picked too.  Lol

I love the balm, like most of her stuff you need soo little. But because my skin stays on the dry side I have to prep a good mousturized base or it's temperamental with me 😉
