Hi Audrey!
My son suffers from KP on the back of his arms and I was wondering if it was safe for him to use KP Duty. He is 9-years old. Thanks!
Absolutely! I actually created KP Duty lotion for my daughter when she was 3 years old due to her having such terrible keratosis pilaris. She was my test subject as I worked to get things just right. I always recommend beginning once a day with children and you can then work up to twice daily as tolerated.
Hi Audrey!
i have dark circles from my genes also with fine lines which makes my concealer crease :/. I was wonder what eye cream you could recommend. I'm 19 with normal to oily skin
I have the exact same problem! I have dark circles and some blue lines from my genes. I am 22 years old and have oily skin too. I started using the Eye cream with Avocado from Kiehl's, but I don't know which skin care routine you would suggest. Thank you for your answer !
Are your products good for darker skin tones? I know not all products can be used on darker skin tones due to scaring or discoloration problems.
DERMAdoctor products work well on all skin types and skin tones. We are a multicultural brand. For discoloration, you can try our Photodynamic Therapy Spot Eraser. It is hydroquinone free.
Hello Dr. Audrey - I really enjoy you Kakadu line of products! I would like to add hyaluronic acid into my routine What is the best place in my routine for hyaluronic acid products? I would like to use them in the evening, but should I use them before a serum, or after? With a moisturizer? Or would they be more suitable during the day?
Thanks so much - I am so happy to hear you love our Kakadu line! Every single morning wtihout fail I layer my Wrinkle Revenge Ultimate Hyaluronic Serum followed by Kakadu C Serum. It's the perfect duo! Hyaluronic acid in general helps draw products deeper into the skin, so it should always be your first layer in your regimen.

Hi Kate,
what os the best way to take care of and control hormonal acne? I get acne around my mouth and near my jawline and it takes over a week for it to go away.
Thanks!!!
Hi Kate and Dr. Audrey,
What would be the best everyday moisturizer for face and eye? For oily skin.
Thanks!
Hi Maria. You have simply beautiful skin! Since your skin is on the oily side, I would recommend trying Wrinkle Revenge Serum which is super hydrating yet incredibly light weight. Wrinkle Revenge Cleanser 1 or Ain’t Misbehavin’ Cleanser would be very useful to help reduce your oiliness and maintain your gorgeous glow.

Hello,
I have horrible really small black heads on my nose for years that are really noticeable. I can't seem to find anyway to get rid of them. I have large pores on my nose and the black heads are super tight deep down in the pore and if I'm able to extract them they come right back. Also, when I even wear non-comodegenic foundation to cover it, they are still noticeable. Any recommendations on how to get rib of them?
It's going to take some work but you can definitely get those blackheads eliminated and pores minimized.
I would recommend washing with Ain't Misbehavin' Cleanser twice daily.
In the morning apply Picture Porefect followed by DD Cream.
At night, I would add in Physical Chemistry 2-3 nights per week which will help gradually exfoliate the blockages and improve the appearance of those pores. After washing off the Physical Chemistry, again apply Picture Porfect.
On the off nights from Physical Chemistry, I would use Poetry in Lotion which is a 1% retinol. This product should be used solo.

On a completely other note, I personally suffer from seborrhea dermatitis. It looks like someone splattered a paint brush with red paint onto my face, because the redness is not flushed, but harshly splotchy. Those spots flake horribly and my makeup never lies right. Any recommendations? Thank you!
Brand new to Sephora.com is Calm Cool & Corrected Medicated Tranquility Cleanser for Seborrheic Dermatittis. Use 1-2 times daily. I would also recommend applying Wrinkle Revenge Hyaluronic Serum followed by Calm Cool & Corrected twice a day. Our DD Cream is an excellent lightweight BB with healthy skin benefits and a broad spectrum SPF 30. Wear either alone or as a healthy skin primer.

Hi Kate!
I love the Eradikate spot treatment but I find that it always seems to dry out before I can finish the bottle. Is there any way to prevent his from happening or salvage the remaining product? Thank you so much for taking the time to answer our questions 🙂
Hi makeuplover6245, problem solved! Try my new EradiKate-To-Go Acne Treatment. It is the same product in individually wrapped pre-treated swaps that won't dry out and you can take on the go. xo, Kate

Love that!
Hi Kate,
What is the best way to target adult (around age 30) acne on a dehydrated skin with old acne scarring? I've tried your Retasphere night cream, how does that compare with the Retasphere with Glycolic in it? Which is more effective?
Thanks!
Hi roseps135, Try this cocktail: my HydraClear Hydrating Acne Gel which helps treat acne but moisturizes at the same time, and then using RetAsphere Micro Peel 2-3 times a week to help with discoloration. xo, Kate

Hi Kate,
I have super dry skin and sometimes get patches of Eczema especially in the winter. Do you have any products that you recommend that will help keep me moisturized but won't irritate my skin? Thanks!
