Any plans on expanding the shade range? Light is too light on me but in the winter medium is too dark on me. Also, a mattifying formula would be great.

hi @shyvicki YES!!!!!! We continue to work hard to continue to expand our shade range for our complexion products. A few months ago we went from 4 or 5 shades, to now 7 shades in many of our foundations and concealers! And for the past few years we've been working on something big launching soon this February that has many, many more shades and we are so excited!!!!! And it’s one of our top priorities at IT!!!!! And regarding your matte question, we have something BIG coming to Sephora in 2018 🙂 XOXO Jamie

Have you considered making even lighter shades in your face products? I am too fair for the current shades.

Hi @aerysonsnow  thanks so much, and YES!!!! We continue to work hard to continue to expand our shade range for our complexion products across all spectrum of the shade range. A few months ago we went from 4 or 5 shades, to now 7 shades in many of our foundations and concealers! And for the past few years we've been working on something big launching soon this February that has many, many more shades and we are so excited!!!!! And it’s one of our top priorities at IT!!!!!

I purchased the CC full coverage cream /foundation and the IT makeup brush recommended for it, and when I applied it, it wiped away my IT concealer. Do you have anyone else complaining of this?

Any suggestions on how to repair a compromised skin barrier?

Last year I experimented with too many Korean Beauty products and my skin was not happy. 11 months later, I'm still trying to repair my skin.

Hi! Devoted customer here! Two quick questions: 1.) Will the products be available in Germany? I’m an American living abroad and would love to have them accessible here (shout out to my mom who ships them/brings them to me!) 2.) Hi! What would you say is the best product for diminished pores and clearing our blackheads on my nose?! I swear only 20 percent gets cleaned out and I want them all gone! Also best products for dark circles

Hello, I am in love with all IT products but I am getting married in February and I'm looking for something that is more of a fuller coverage from your line. I have dry skin and I am noticing the starting of fine lines to appear.

Hi @Anonymous  Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I wish you all the best!!!!  I absolutely recommend using our CC Cream!  This is our game-changing full coverage color correcting hydrating serum in one!  IT is great for those with dry skin and will help even out your skin tone! If you want even fuller coverage, our Bye Bye Redness Concealing Cream (it covers everything, and many people wear it as a foundation even if they don't have redness) is amazing. Do you have plans of creating more colors in the lighter shade range? 

A color in between Fair and Light would be ideal.

I'm quite fair but not with pink undertones, I'm more neutral.
