Hellooo 👋🏾 my name is Khyley, and I’m overjoyed to be here posting as the new Community Marketing Associate! While I’m a newbie to the Community team, I’m no stranger to Sephora and just celebrated my 3rd Sephora-versary back in August! I previously worked in digital production where I launched and maintained products on site – Fenty Eau de Parfum and the Davines brand launches were a couple of my prized hatchlings. I’ve had the privilege of working with my legendary teammates @AlexBT, @GeorginaBT, @CarolBT and @LexBT as part of Sephora digital, and have had major FOMO peeping all the fun you guys were having over here without me 🤭 So it is a dream come true to be able to say HERE. I. AM. in THEE Beauty Insider Community ✨

I can’t wait to get to know all of you and thought I would kick it off with some rapid fire about moi! Prior to Sephora I worked in marketing at a nonprofit arts org in San Francisco and was a contemporary ballet and modern dancer 🩰 I have a passion for vintage anything and everything and am often thrifting or perusing antique fleas for my next great find! Beaches, parks and the yoga studio are my happy places and how I like to spend my free time 💗

As a former dancer, my affinity for beauty started at a young age doing stage makeup for performances. This is where my love of a statement red lip + winged liner combo was born and is always in my back pocket for a special occasion lewk. My everyday routine is much more barefaced and focused on making sure the skin is skinning 🌟 Here are some of my go-to’s for both vibes:

Welcome! I love your energy! And your photo.

I have some favorites but mostly favorite brands for different products. My favorite lipsticks are Givenchy L'Interdit and Kilian matte. And forgot to say Merit satin lipstick. Favorite blushes are Tarte Fairy Flush, Benefit Dandelion, Dr Paw Paw red balm. Favorite perfumes at this time (I'm always finding new ones) Givenchy L'Interdit Rouge, Kilian Princess, Tom Ford Black Orchid edp Lancome La Vie est Belle and flankers. Tho I'm trying to stick to fragrances I wouldn't choose in colder months so they can see some use I normally prefer deep, heavy fragrances in warm weather and lighter florals in winter. I am looking forward to all the holiday releases and from the look of the Sephora Favorites releases and the new Hourglass palettes I'll either have to be choosy or be like one of those money spitting machines on tv.

I too enjoy searching through “antique” shops. I collect Depression Glass. In particular candy jars. They are difficult to find, but a joy when I do.

I too enjoy my skincare and Tatcha Indigo Overnight Repair Serum in Cream Treatment 1.7 / 50 for night and Tatcha The Water Cream Oil-Free Pore Minimizing Refillable Moisturizer for day.

The Ordinary Hyaluronic Acid 2% + B5 Hydrating Serum has been a go to for hydration.

In makeup I am all over the place. I really like Nars, Pat McGrath Labs, Charlotte Tilbury too.

Thats why i always call you all family. Therefore , family I'm back I was missing you all . But could not remember my password for my other account 4kim many of you knew me from there . Haha incredible when you're signed in and dont log out and then get a new phone 🤦‍♀️ but sephora customer service helped me recover it shout out to the 1800 number ❤️. But I hope everyone's day is going great and has been well im in the east coast so its good morning for me lol . But like I had said before I decided to elaborate a little more on my mua side career using this platform and I finally decided to open a YT channel after always doing makeup as a routine and hobby along with my friends and family that share the same passion . As for skincare, I miss and will have to re-purchase soon, the Tatcha Indigo Overnight Repair Serum in Cream Treatment 1.7 / 50 . I use it as a one and done for night time to last through the next day as a moisturizer. My skin can be combo to just plain dry and it helps moisturize well even under spf.

For no makeup makeup, I use Gisou Honey Infused Hydrating Lip Oil Coconut Frost to moisturize and get a sheen of gloss. It's my little mini vacay time when I apply it.😍.

Hi @Buootiful 💗 lovely to meet you! My skin is similar on the combo to dry spectrum so I see and recognize your moisturizing game 👏🏾 As for my best vintage find it's hard to pick! I have great luck finding earrings, my favorite ones have a unique cream cameo with a latte brown background 🥰 My biggest STEAL was a vintage cocktail dress in an ombré navy-burgundy velvet fabric with a scalloped off the shoulder neckline, in mint condition for $18 🤩 What's your greatest find, I'm so curious!
