We’re starting this thread for you guys to report any issues and weird things that you are seeing or ask any questions. We have a number of issues logged that we are already working on a fix for, so this is a work in process.
Some things to note as you are reporting issues:

It’s good to see you all and thanks for being patient!
Whenever reporting a bug we need as much info as possible or our tech team cannot reproduce the issue and verify it's actually occurring. If they can't see the issue they cannot fix it. You cannot overshare details, test on too many devices or share too many screenshots... The more detail the better!
The mobile website, android, chrome browser for all issues
🔹The post button is gone...turns out if I click where it should be (to the right of the cancel button), it's there, just hidden, but it sure would be nice if it came back lol
🔹I typed up this post, realized I hadn't tagged y'all, and this is how it looked when I went back and added the @ symbol
🔹Strike through, bold, italic, and underline don't work right...if I hit them enough times in a random order over and over, one of them might stick, but it's never the one I want
🔹Still having a dreadful time logging in as well; I have to swap to Sephora and login there before coming back to the community. Clearing cookies doesn't help.
The last week or so has been particularly bad for logging in. I wasn’t able to get in to BIC on iPhone, iPad or laptop browser. I can usually close all my tabs and reopen Safari, go to Sephora.com (sometimes m.sephora.com to avoid redirect to the app). But that hasn’t been working (until finally tonight). Also tried logging out on.com and logging back in, which used to work sometimes. All very frustrating.
But, my low buy is actually in good shape, I’ve saved a bunch of money not being influenced to buy anything, lol.
I sure wish the app was more user friendly for community participation!
Hi @RGbrown! 🙂 Following up on these issues you've been experiencing when posting to the Forum: have you noticed any improvements?
We're unfortunately still working through the log in issues on our side - I'm still running into those problems myself! 🤞
Everything seems fine now (except the pesky login mess, which I took care of by just not logging in very often anymore 😞)
@GeorginaBT - I am still having problems logging in to the community. It's been particularly bad the past few days, including today. I have to clear my browsing data every time before I enter the community through the main Sephora web page. I've never had to clear the data more than occasionally before.

Same @Titian06 . Very tricky. I have to clear history every single time. 😭 iPad, iPhone Safari usually.
@GeorginaBT thanks for the updates about logon issues. I'm still having difficulty, esp this morning.
We're looking into this now @RGbrown! Thanks for the heads up (and screenshots!) on the weird experience you're seeing when trying to post.
Our tech partners are working on a fix for the the login issues - we hope to have it fixed very soon! 🤞
Not as severe as some other login issues, but in order to log onto BIC, I first have to go to the Sephora home page, log out of my account, log back in, and then click the community button. If I'm still logged into my Sephora account from a previous day and try to go directly to BIC, it gives me the Oops error. I can't sign in directly from the BIC home page either.
@makeitup305 @TeamBIC came here to say I was having this exact issue (and have been for a couple weeks). I am using Firefox on both my laptop (Windows) and mobile (Android), if that helps.
@caitbird I use a PC, an iPad, and an Android phone. My Android app doesn't seem to have any issues. My PC is the one where I have to do a log out/log in situation. I haven't checked on my iPad in a while.
@makeitup305 when I use the Sephora app on my phone it's fine, it's when I'm using the mobile website with Firefox that I have the issue. I guess I will just stick with the app for now, it's just that the app can sometimes be annoying 😅
@caitbird I hate using the app for BIC. I can't look up notifications, when I scroll down the home page the threads just repeat, I can't comment on longer reply chains, etc. I rarely use it.
@makeitup305 exactly! That and the fact that every time you hit the back button it bounces you all the way back to the home page, and then you have to hunt for where you were all over again.😑
@caitbird yes, I don't even bother using the app. I wait until I can use a browser and trying to get my browser to load on my phone is so hard because it automatically wants to open the app.
Hi @makeitup305 - thanks for flagging this! You're not alone in the login issues: even I just ran into the "Oops!" message trying to respond back to you here. 😅 Our tech partners are already working on a fix here; we hope to solve this soon!
@GeorginaBT I'm still having log on issues too.
I tried to upload 2 pictures on the App right now but both gave me this error message below
Thanks for the screenshot, @SportyGirly125! Were you eventually able to submit your photos, or are you still running into this issue? Our tech partners are curious~
