We’re starting this thread for you guys to report any issues and weird things that you are seeing or ask any questions. We have a number of issues logged that we are already working on a fix for, so this is a work in process.

It’s good to see you all and thanks for being patient!
Whenever reporting a bug we need as much info as possible or our tech team cannot reproduce the issue and verify it's actually occurring. If they can't see the issue they cannot fix it. You cannot overshare details, test on too many devices or share too many screenshots... The more detail the better!

Hi @TeamBIC I'm reporting an issue I've been having that others have mentioned on other threads as well.
Items I'm trying to add to my loves list. ( On the App and Chrome Website) won't stay selected. It's not consistent, some items I can add, and others I cannot.
Right now for example, on either Chrome Brower or App from my Google Phone
Danessa Myricks Beauty Yummy Skin Moisture Repair Balm Serum with Hyaluronic Acid and Squalane 1.41 ... won't stay loved after I leave the screen, or appear on my loves list.

Hi @TeamBIC lovelies, I am sure you are probably already aware of some ongoing Gallery issues, but I thought I'd pop in to give an update and what details I can provide on the current status of my Gallery.
Uploading photos: for a while I was only able to upload photos through the app, but not the mobile or desktop website. However, somewhat recently I was able to upload via the mobile site and it is actually showing up now. I still cannot upload photos via the desktop site at all - nothing happens when I try to click the "upload to gallery" link on my Gallery page.
Existing photos: As has been the case since at least some time last year, not all of my photos are showing up in my Gallery. In the app, only my photos from October & November 2023 appear, nothing before or since. On the mobile website, only my photos from May 2024 appear, and none from before that. None of my photos at all show up on the desktop site.
I am using an Android phone for app & mobile website, and Firefox for both mobile & desktop site.
On an unrelated note, I have seen a couple of others mention this as well - on the app for the past few days or so, I am constantly getting pop-up notifications/ads for the Sephora credit card, like every minute (I wish I was exaggerating 😖). I already have a Sephora credit card, besides which the pop-ups are so frequent it is making the app unusable. Is there any way to fix this/disable this feature somehow?

is there a way to remind everyone of how to report inappropriate comments I just reported one to the moderator I think it might help if more people report so it can be addressed sooner
if you see a post click on the 3 dots second to last is report innapropriate content
it was just this comment in particular is so harmful I just wanted to know if there’s a way multiple people can report at once

@TeamBIC fyi-getting sporatic notifications but mainly none this week and says no new once I am signed in. I got a few this am. I can still only get signed in with clearing cache every darn time as well.

@TeamBIC just noticed that 2 pictures I submitted says incentivized even though I did not select that button when submitted. On my review page it does show verified purchase so not sure what happened.

Also having this notification issue on iPad Safari and PC Chrome browsers. It shows a red dot to indicate new notifications, but then gives me the "you have no notifications" message. I can see PMs, though.
iPhone (mobile site/safary browser) seems to work correctly and shows the notifications. However, I still have to log out and back in on Sephora.com shopping site before being able to access BIC, but the notifications issue is new in the last week. @TeamBIC
