We’re starting this thread for you guys to report any issues and weird things that you are seeing or ask any questions. We have a number of issues logged that we are already working on a fix for, so this is a work in process.

It’s good to see you all and thanks for being patient!
Whenever reporting a bug we need as much info as possible or our tech team cannot reproduce the issue and verify it's actually occurring. If they can't see the issue they cannot fix it. You cannot overshare details, test on too many devices or share too many screenshots... The more detail the better!

I haven't been able to edit or delete my posts ( in Safari, MAC desktop ) for a while now. I tried emptying caches, do updates, blah, blah... Still not able to do so. So I have no idea what is it about. Is there anything else I can try to do, or is it not me at all? I don't have problems of any other kind with or on any other website. Only on Sephora/BIC.

Hello @TeamBIC - I am not able to post in the gallery. I tried via IOS 15.1, in safari browser (not the app). A while back, I remember that it kept giving me issues/specific errors with the tagged items, but this time, just a vague error whether I have tagged items or not. See screenshots from both devices. This error message has been popping up off-and-on for some time now, and reports like this always help our Gallery vendor partners uncover more info. We've passed this along to them so they can continue digging in!
