We’re starting this thread for you guys to report any issues and weird things that you are seeing or ask any questions. We have a number of issues logged that we are already working on a fix for, so this is a work in process.

It’s good to see you all and thanks for being patient!
Whenever reporting a bug we need as much info as possible or our tech team cannot reproduce the issue and verify it's actually occurring. If they can't see the issue they cannot fix it. You cannot overshare details, test on too many devices or share too many screenshots... The more detail the better!

@TeamBIC Profile pages are not loading on desktop but load fine on the app.
@SportyGirly125 @WinglessOne @RGbrown Hi friends! Wanted to update you all that our vendor partners pushed out a fix that should have solved access issues to user profiles. Just tested it ourselves, and we're able to get into all of yours. 😊
Thank you for your patience as we worked on resolving this! Please don't hesitate to let us know if you're still running into error messages on profile pages, whether the profile page belongs to you, or other members!

@SportyGirly125 @WinglessOne @RGbrown Hi all - thanks for flagging issues accessing Community user profiles! We also noticed this recently, and our tech teams are have been actively investigating. We apologize for the inconvenience, and appreciate your patience as we work on a fix! Will keep you updated.
@SportyGirly125 @TeamBIC The Profile link in top nav (points to https://www.sephora.com/profile/me) works fine: I can see my profile page as usual that way. But none of the BIC in-page profile links bring me to profiles: if I click/tap anyone’s names, including mine (points to https://www.sephora.com/users/WinglessOne), the page hangs for a minute or 2 and then I get the error @RGbrown showed.
EDIT: the in-page profile links for my name point to https://community.sephora.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/2633441 which resolves to https://www.sephora.com/users/WinglessOne , resulting in the error.
Happens to me on both desktop (laptop running Mac Big Sur with Chome) and mobile (phone running iOS 14.4 with Chrome).
@SportyGirly125 Interesting. What mobile OS + browser do you use? Also, does tapping the Profile link in BIC's top nav take you to your profile page? That info might help Sephora's tech vendor figure this out.
@WinglessOne @TeamBIC I am using iOS 14.4 on Chrome on my iPhone. Tapping the Profile tab up top does not show my profile nor does the link https://www.sephora.com/profile/me take me to my profile page on mobile. The only way I can see it is on the app.

@TeamBIC I started checking my spam for BIC email notifications after @Buootiful mentioned it below. I saw some there so I placed the BIC mailer address in my VIP list thinking it would stop it from being categorized as spam. Some email notifs started showing up in my inbox, but again there were a few that ended up in spam. I even took an extra step and added BIC mailer to my address book, but no dice. Wonder why Outlook keeps thinking it’s spam?
It's good that you added the mailer (mail@beautycommunity.sephora.com) to your VIP list, @Guessgal! Definitely strange that some of the email notifications ended up in your spam after doing that, though. Thanks for letting us know! We'll look into this.
For the first time ever I'm not receiving notifications via email. I do receive sale and order emails. Half the time my logins don't work either. I can't imagine how tricky it must be to manage such a huge forum.
@TeamBIC just chiming in to say I am still not receiving any emails sadly! Appreciate that you’re working so hard to correct this! 🥰
@TeamBIC - I have not been receiving email notifications for about a week. I use Chrome on a Samsung Tab A tablet. I thought the problem had been fixed after not receiving emails for three+ weeks last time, but that only lasted for a week or so. I feel so lonely right now!
@Titian06, you are not alone with no email notification. 🙁 @TeamBIC, the Sephora IT team and their vendors have been working hard to migrate everything over to the new platform and as @SportyGirly125 referenced, that migration required them to turn off the notifications (and after all the hard work they did to get them back working, too!) Good news is that it looks like we're at the tail end of the second (and last; I think it's the last) phase of the project, so it seems like email notifications should be back on soon. 🤞😀
@Titian06 During the transition the email notifications will be turned off. It was stated on this thread in bold
