When I try to enter the promo code in the app, it tells me I need to login to my rouge account.. yet I’m already logged in! Wth?

The code on the card I received by mail is wrong. It reads “2017REWARDS” where it should be “2017REWARD”

So can we not receive one of the promo bags if we use our beauty insider discount code?

that's right. I tried earlier and adding the reward code removes the promo bag

I'm also upset about not being able to use a promo code with my $15 reward. Every year I always love getting the sample bag and have gotten it for many  years along with the purchase using my reward. My daughter finally turned 13 this year (the minimum age to become a member) and joined, and we were BOTH looking forward to getting the sample bag with each of our online orders with the $15 off.  Then I see the reward is a darn promo code instead of a gift card number this year.  On Sunday I called to see if they would let me also use a promo code over the phone, and they wouldn't.  I then sent Sephora a complaint email Sunday night and haven't gotten a response yet as of Monday night.  Sephora just lost 2 orders because I feel like they're cheating loyal customers.

@EstherMM  Not everyone got the physical card in the mail, but if your account if Rouge just enter the code 2017REWARD checkout for $25 off of an order of $50 or more. Should work in-store, too, if you are shopping that way. Just tell them you never got the email (I assume you didn't?) and give them your Rouge card or account email address and they can pull it up and see that you've not already used the discount & apply it then.
