Choo-choo! Conductor @AlexBT here, inviting you to all aboard the Tag Train! When it comes to beauty products, the BIC’s knowledge has no limits, so we thought it would be fun to put our beauty brains to the test with a product tag game! Super easy, super silly = nonstop beauty fun.
Basically, reply with a product tag that starts with the last letter of the previous product tagged. For example, if someone tags Fenty Beauty by Rihanna Gloss Bomb Universal Lip Luminizer Hot Chocolit -- that ends with an R, so then it’s your turn to respond with a product tag that starts with an R, like RMS BEAUTY - Beauty Oil. Then, since that ends with an L, the next person will tag something that starts with an L!
How to Play: Scroll down to find the most recent comment – the first one directly below this main post, and take your turn by hitting reply on this main post (instead of replying directly to that person’s comment). Don’t forget to tag the person you’re responding to, though, so we can keep track of whose tag you’re replying to. Bonus points if you have something fun to say about the product you’re tagging! 😊 Note: Repeat tags are inevitable the longer the train gets - just try to avoid repeating a product within the same page you're on!
I’ve kicked things off in a separate reply below – don’t forget to respond by replying to this main post instead of my reply. Let’s see how long we can keep this train on the tracks!
@lmaster, I’ve been having some trouble tagging products as well. What issues are you running into?
@itsfi products not even coming up at all, like the GR papaya balm, nope and I was trying to tag amika and absolutely nothing would pop up
@RAWRitsRED, Z is for Lancôme Hydra Zen Anti-Stress Moisturizing Face Cream 1.7 oz / 50 mL, which brings us back to A.
My favorite lightweight moisturizer great for anti-aging.
@RAWRitsRED X is for Kate Somerville ExfoliKate® Duo (x=ex) 😊 next is Y
W is for Wishful Chin Lift – Sculpting Sheet Mask, something I probably need since I've been eating out of boredom during quarantine 😂
@RAWRitsRED V is for Verb Ghost™ Hairspray 7 oz/ 207 mL next is W
U is for Urban Decay All Nighter Long-Lasting Makeup Setting Spray Jumbo. This is my favorite setting spray and have been using it for years.
@RAWRitsRED T is for Too Faced Born This Way Natural Finish Longwear Liquid Foundation Porcelain next is U
S is for stila Stay All Day® Waterproof Liquid Eye Liner Intense Black
This is my holy grail eyeliner!
@RAWRitsRED R is for Glow Recipe Blueberry Bounce Gentle Cleanser 5.41 oz/ 160 mL next is S
Q is for Qhemet Biologics Olive & Honey Hydrating Balm
Had no idea this brand even existed! I'm guessing not many people do either.
@RAWRitsRED P is for Peter Thomas Roth Pumpkin Enzyme Mask Enzymatic Dermal Resurfacer 5 oz . Next letter is Q.
O is for Olaplex No. 3 Hair Repair Perfector 3.3 oz/ 100 mL. It's helped my bleached and toned silver hair to stay soft and strong!
Also, I remember Sephora used to carry OPI nail polish. My friends and I would always go to do our nails in stores instead of actually ever buying them 😂 I miss that!
Have you tried an Olaplex 2 in salon treatment @RAWRitsRED. I had one last year and I paid only $35.00 for it. I also received the 3 ounce Olaplex 3 treatment as a take home gift. I have an appointment in 3 weeks for a Devacut, touch up and Olaplex 2 treatment. I need to use more Olaplex 3 as a treatment because my stylist suggested that I use a capful every other week. I did not feel like I saw any results but I have been convinced to give it another try.
I've only tried Olaplex 3-5 since the other ones aren't sold at Sephora.
There's a lot of mixed reviews about Olaplex 3. Some people say it's a miracle product while others say it caused hair breakage. It seems to be working well for me, but not the best product out there. I'm currently searching for hair masks or treatments with proteins.
I do not feel like my hair is damaged @RAWRitsRED but I do touch up my roots every 4 weeks. Olaplex 2 is a more intense salon treatment. My main problem is frizz. I never tried the shampoo or conditioner. I am a former DevaCurl user. I am still looking for replacement products. I have a number of products that I need to try.
@Loretta55 @RAWRitsRED N is for NuFACE Mini Facial Toning Device Original. Hmmm... interesting. 🤔 Next is O.
M is for Marc Jacobs Fragrances Daisy Love Daze
I usually don't like sweet/floral scents but this one is nice and light. I got my makeup done at Sephora for a wedding and the MUA suggested I use Love Daze to go with my outfit!
How fun @RAWRitsRED! I often associate fragrance with an event; it sounds like a perfect scent to wear to a wedding! 💕 The caps on MJ Daisy fragrances are always very cute.
Yes, the bottles are gorgeous! I hate to spend on perfume but I couldn't resist with this one!
