eye lids

Hi

My eyelids are crepe like from age. This makes getting a smooth line with eyeliner almost impossible. Pencils don't work and other modalities are too unforgiving, What do you suggest?

Im in the same boat, ill be 40 next year and my lids are crepey and crayons are difficult to work with.

I still use crayons because i cant use liquid liners, im not good at creating a perfect line and those liquids are messy. 

What i started doing is only putting a bit of darkness on top of my lashes (still with a crayon) and then i put on mascara.

I realised how harsher i looked with a very defined black line on my eyes. Adding just a bit is less difficult, and mascara makes me look softer.

If you really like the liner look, gel crayon liners are easier to work with, but i still would suggest to add less.

You can also use a dark eye shadow and adding it as a sifter line on the eyes with a precise brush. This also create a softer look compared to a bolder black line.
