clearing black and white heads

I have literally spent thousands of $$ trying masks, Microderm, every brand I have found (including professional treatments), but I have yet to find anything that completely deep cleans large pores and helps keep blackheads and whiteheads under my bottom lip and chin at bay. Any suggestions? Thank you so much
