What the heck is going on with their shipping 🙄

I pay for 2 day flash shipping and my order I put in on Friday has now been delayed to Wednesday 🤦🏻‍♀️ I’m seriously not buying anything more online until they fix this issue or refund me for my Flash Shipping this has happened on almost every order 😞 Anyone else experience this? I also had products missing in my last order, they fixed it, but it was kind of a hassle): If they have charged even 1000 people Flash Shipping and aren’t following through... that’s so wrong!!! Now imagine 50,000 people a year 😞 Sephora WHY? That’s a lot of empty promises to your paying customers): Fix it !!!

@Ellea1989 you may want to post this in the customer service group instead so that a mod will be more likely to see and assist you. There is a warning on the cart page that orders are delayed because of the sale and in accordance with the flash shipping FAQs, 2 day shipping applies from date of shipment not date of purchase.

When I ordered on Friday it said one day delay. Now it says seven...
