Hi I have a question I bought a Sephora  Igloo Palace Blockbuster Set from a store in moscow and I just checked the box and it says tester not for sale. What should I do?

Hi @sephorashopperl ! If no one's contacted you about this: have you tried contacting customer service directly? There's a Customer Support board: https://community.sephora.com/t5/Customer-Support/bd-p/Customer_Support

But you could also try calling customer service about this. I think a lot of box sets contain "tester not for sale" items, which means the tester item can't be sold individually.

Hi I'm deepika and i just joined the community today. I am in my 20s. I love makeup occasionally. I basically concerns about the skincare products. Excited to explore more makeup products. I tried certain brands from Sephora- Mac, Nars, Benefits, Ordinary, Clinique, Bobby brown and many more. To be honest, I like all the products I tried so far.

Hello ima newbie too. Did you get their samplers? I wanted to check out a few new products too. They had perfume ones makeup ones face Care beauty routine ones I think it's still going on you can get like five sample size of different items for like $8 and if you like it they give you a $15 off coupon for each item. Like I never would have got the makeup forever high definition powder until I tried it the professional ultra HD microfinishing loose powder is amazing it gives a flawless look. Like that look if you use a filter in Instagram it gives that in real life. Anyhow enough if me yapping on.. welcome and hello.

I’ve shopped at Sephora for over a decade (maybe longer) I’m 50 and feeling great. I have super fair, sensitive skin so, I don’t wear foundation. 40 ties. Since I was a child I loved beauty and make up!  My older sister was into make up 🤤and modelling. I grew up watching her and her friends ( make up artists ) do 😃make up! Hi All,

I am just jumping into exploring skincare and (very natural looking) makeup at 40 years old. Any advice would be welcome. I am definitely feeling overwhelmed. 

My Stats:

-40 years old

-pretty sure I am a “true autumn” in terms of colouring

-fair skin with sun damage (age spots)

-sensitive and dry skin

-exposed to high/intense sunlight from February through August (live in the Arctic)

@Anonymous Welcome!  I'm the same age and it's never too late/early to start with good skincare.  I think taking it one step at a time and starting with basics is great.  Cleanse, treat (serum), moisturize.  Add in a stand alone sunscreen after this in the morning.
