DRY Skin! Foundations, Primers & Skin Care?

I’m New to makeup & would love some help finding the best options for extra DRY Skin. Anything you can think of to help.. primers foundations concealers & some skin care ! Full coverage, I have a little redness & dark under eyes so looking to cover that as best as I can.

I have super dry skin. Prepping your skin first is key. So a good moisturizer and eye cream and a hydrating primer. It Cosmetics CC cream is great for dry skin as is Dr Jart BB. They both have pretty good coverage, not full. I cant think of a full coverage foundation that works on my dry skin. Too Faced Born this way...but thats also medium. For a concealer it bye bye undereye, BenefitBoing airbrush concealer, Urban Decay naked skin. Also a good hydrating setting spray like too faced coconut or clinique moisture surge spray. Powder if you need it Too faced ethereal glow. Hope this helps☺

I would just say to stay away from “matte” products.
