Hi, im a business student and im doing my report on sephoras customer care 🙂 can yous please share your experiences with me, good and bad!. If it was bad, can you tell me how sephora handled the compliant please? Thanks x

I’ve always had great experiences with Sephora’s customer service. They go out of their way to ensure their guests are given their desired level of interaction while shopping. I’ve had days I want to hang out and chat about make up and days I want to shop alone, the Sephora floor associates always seem to know what experience I’m lookin for! I’ve made some purchases that haven’t worked out how I’d hoped and they always graciously excepted my returns and even assisted me in finding a replacement product. This sounds so sponsored, I promise it’s not!
