Is there a reason there's no longer a once click link on the Sephora app to easily shop using color IQs anymore? This is really frustrating because I mainly depend on it to find my color match on foundations...

Yeah, if you want to get MATCHED, as in you don't have a color IQ number, you can only access the Color IQ service using the full website, not from the app or mobile version of the website. If you already have your color IQ number you can just type it into the search box for ALL versions, website or mobile app. For example, for me: I just type 1y12 to pull up my matches. It's a convenient service. Not all matches will be perfect but it's a good starting point.

You can search for the Colour IQ and it should pop out !

I ended up going to a Sephora Store and having a Clerk matching my 

Skin Color for me! I’m so happy that I did! My number is. .5 and I was I 

was using foundation that was way 

too dark for me! I’m sorry it took so 

long to get back to you, but I’ve 

only now seen these responses.

How do you view the specific shade? It brings up the foundations but doesn't tell me which shade matches my color if

It won't tell you which shade matches for you if you are in the app but it should be pre-selected for you if you aren't on the app/mobile

Maybe I’m confused about what 

Color IQ is. I had my foundation 

color matched by a Clerk at a

Sephora Store, was given a 

number of  .5. Isn’t that my 

Color IQ?
