We’re starting this thread for you guys to report any issues and weird things that you are seeing or ask any questions. We have a number of issues logged that we are already working on a fix for, so this is a work in process.
Some things to note as you are reporting issues:

It’s good to see you all and thanks for being patient!
Whenever reporting a bug we need as much info as possible or our tech team cannot reproduce the issue and verify it's actually occurring. If they can't see the issue they cannot fix it. You cannot overshare details, test on too many devices or share too many screenshots... The more detail the better!
Not as severe as some other login issues, but in order to log onto BIC, I first have to go to the Sephora home page, log out of my account, log back in, and then click the community button. If I'm still logged into my Sephora account from a previous day and try to go directly to BIC, it gives me the Oops error. I can't sign in directly from the BIC home page either.
Hi @makeitup305 - thanks for flagging this! You're not alone in the login issues: even I just ran into the "Oops!" message trying to respond back to you here. 😅 Our tech partners are already working on a fix here; we hope to solve this soon!
I tried to upload 2 pictures on the App right now but both gave me this error message below
Thanks for the screenshot, @SportyGirly125! Were you eventually able to submit your photos, or are you still running into this issue? Our tech partners are curious~
@GeorginaBT @I was finally able to upload pictures to the gallery today on the Sephora app.
@SportyGirly125 Oh good, thank you for letting us know! Of course, the hiccup isn't ideal and we'll keep this on our list in case it comes up again. 🙂
@GeorginaBT @I just tried again and even logged out and back in and it’s still giving me an error.
To add to the gallery issues @TeamBIC My gallery still isn't showing my uploads. My gallery hasn't had a picture uploaded to it since around Valentine's Day. When I see my pictures come up in the BIC gallery photos, I can sometimes track them to different gallery's with all my missing photos.
@TeamBIC I am also having trouble with gallery photos. I have tried several times to upload pictures. It lets me submit them and says it is being reviewed, but they never show up and it shows I have no gallery pictures.

Hi @TeamBIC - any advice for getting my rouge code to gift to a friend to work? When I click on it, it just takes me to a weird, generic page on Sephora.com that lists benefits. Thanks, I'd love to share it!
Hi @sister13 You should be able to copy the link from your Beauty Insider Summary page! On the app, select your name at the bottom, select Beauty Insider Summary, then copy the link under the Bring a Friend section! You can share this link with your friend. After they've clicked the link and logged in, they'll receive their one-time use 20% discount via email. If you are still having trouble, please send me a private message. Thank you!
