I tried canceling my order this morning because I missed out on the 15% off so I didn’t want to pay full price when I could get it for a discount elsewhere. But every time I try to send an email request to cancel it I get a blank email back from Sephora??? But no cancellation. Help!!!

@miriiii08  Unfortunately, the window for cancellations is super tiny, you most likely have missed it by now. Always call CS ASAP, the boards/email requests take too long for mods to notice and your order will most likely be fulfilled. I've called within minutes of an order and have always been told it's too late, so good luck!
