Im extremely new to makeup. Where do I begin?!

Start out with thinking about what you want to look like with makeup on. Then utilize the Sephora Gallery for ideas on different products... When you have product names, hit google to look at reviews, and then Youtube for tutorials on how to use it. And remember to have fun!

Starting out with a more adorable brand like Elf or Maybelline is great because you can learn and make mistakes without wasting a lot of money. I also suggest watching YouTube videos in makeup tutorials. Laura Lee, Christen Dominique, Manny MUA, Sylvia Gani are some popular channels with a lot of variety. Most of them even have Elf specific tutorials.
