youth to the people

Hi, I just purchased the 2 oz Youth to the people Kale Green Tea and Spinach Cleanser. The cardboard box lid was slightly raised and the bottle doesn't have a safety seal under the cap which caused some of the cleanser to leak on the box/product. Should there be a safety seal under the cap or sticker on the box? Is this just how its packaged? Thanks!
