skincare without vitamin c?

I'm allergic to vitamin c and I also have pretty bad seasonal allergies that effect my sensitive eyes. so my eyes are always puffy, winkly, watering and I have big dark circles. but a lot of the eye creams I've tried, and even a lot of other skincare products have vitamin c, citric acid, or orange peel oil in them. dose anybody know of any effective eye creams or any good hydrating products that don't have these ingredients?
