skincare for uneven skin tone

hey yall, I currently use cerave foaming cleanser, ordinary nicinimade, and cetaphil moisturizer. i have an uneven skin tone and red cheeks a lot. ( not pimples or rocesa thank goodness! ). any products yall reccommend for uneven skin tone and texture? i also exfoliate and wear sunscreen! I have normal skin. Ive been thinking of trying the ordinary toner but im unsure. I also have these small skin colored bumps all across my forehead and in between my eyebrows, please help!

Hey!

I personally was loving #clarins gentle foaming cleanser. It is so gentle on your skin and uneven skin tone can be caused on harsh products. It worked really well for me!
