One more: Except for ~1 minute daily to help you absorb Vitamin D, avoid the sun like the plague. I’ve used a parasol and/or stood in the shade since I was a teen. 56 now, no sign of crows feet or wrinkles around my mouth. Remember: You’ll be old a lot longer than you’ll be young.
