Are there any suggestions for a cream, etc. that might help with softening/lessening surgical scars around the neck and beneath  ears?

I have some pretty large and obvious surgical scars that are from less than a year ago and I ended up using mostly and ointment that I concocted myself of ingredients that have some research suggesting results for scars. the farmacy honey savior and aquaphor are what i use for the base and will add some serum/drops with things like vitamin e and cbd. the most "proven" ingredient to use is silicone which can be pretty expensive, but the kate somerville dscar or mederma would be what i recommend for that. regardless of what products you use, your scars will look lighter and less noticeable with time

Try using Vitamin E ointment, you can find it on amazon! My roommate uses it for her stretch marks and recommended it to me for my ance scars and both times have worked tremendously.
