red spots on my face (not acne)

 i got these red spots all over my face and i have no idea what may have caused it. i do not have acne prone skin (never really struggled with acne at all). they are a little itchy, they do not hurt. it started with one little spot and i didn’t pay attention to it but a week passed & they started spreading!! HELP!!!

They look like hives to me @Anonymous I would agree with @Skunk12puzzola what did you recently change in your routine? Food or products?

@Anonymous hey, I have a feeling that maybe is something to do with food...did you change your diet recently? or something in the environment maybe...like dust, allergies etc. Better ask a dermatologist asap. Good luck 😊

@Anonymous If they're itching and spreading, it may be some sort of allergic reaction to something. I'd highly recommend getting it checked out by your doctor.
