methods/products to reduce redness and clear pimples

i have combination skin and my skin is very red. i use to have acne but my skin cleared up a lot.however i still have a few annoying pimples and bumps that just don't go away. if anyone has any methods or products to help please reply. thank you!

Hey! What did it for me was Clarins Lotus oil. Its a clarifying oil and one of the only products that takes care of small bumps for me. I whip it anytime I see them popping up now. Sephora will give you a sample too! Then I use Clinique Acne Solutions for the really big pimples that are there to party and need to leave asap.
