So about two weeks ago I developed what seemed like an under the skin bump, it was painful a bit only when pressed and currently, I have absolutely no skincare routine so I slapped hydrocolloid bandages on it for a couple of days. Heres what it looked like before (if the pictures arent showing here they are all in the correct order at the bottom of the post)

A couple of days after, with only the bandages over it it went down in size:

The redness subsided and I think it decreased in size a bit but

I should mention that this appeared two weeks before my period, I get hormonal spots randomly/rarely. But now its just bothering me because I wanna know what it is and I want it to go away so bad without scarring. I have multiple exfoliants to spot treat but too worried to use them because I don't want to cause anymore damage or more pimples to appear.
