If you have milia, it is most likely because you aren't using a moisturizer that is meant for under your eyes. Try using a moisturizer that is meant for the under eye area. Hope I helped(:

Hi mbferdy,

Milia cannot always be removed on your own and you may need to go to a dermatologist for more intense treatment and help for stubborn milia.

Using a warm washcloth (soaked in warm-hot water) and placed over the areas affected can help to soften the milia and reduce any swelling or irritation you may be experiencing. Make sure the cloth is not too hot so you don't burn the skin, particularly in the sensitive and delicate eye area. Keep emollient creams, gels and moisturizers off of the skin as these are primarily what may be causing the milia. If you do this for about 2 weeks and still do not see a difference, please contact your doctor or dermatologist for more assistance and safe ways to remove millia.
