@Valley01  I have mostly-dry combo skin: my oily zone is just on and around my nose. My favorite year round moisturizer is Youth To The People Superfood Air-Whip Lightweight Face Moisturizer with Hyaluronic Acid 2 oz / 59 m.... It moisturizes my dry zones very well (including my very dry undereyes) without swamping my oily zone. 

In the deep freeze of winter, I double down with a facial oil. My favorites are Herbivore Emerald CBD + Adaptogens Deep Moisture Glow Oil 1 oz/ 30 mL, e.l.f. Nourishing Facial Oil, and FLORA + BAST - Age Adapting CBD Serum. Another way to boost moisturization is to apply an oil-based sunscreen like COOLA Sun Silk Face Sunscreen Drops with SPF 30 and Hyaluronic Acid 1 oz / 30 mL over your moisturizer. 

I also recommend a hydrating serum under your moisturizer, if you don't already use one. There are plenty to choose from. Each morning I use a very hydrating toner, e.l.f. Hydrating Water Essence, and then apply the multitasking Farmacy Very Cherry Bright 15% Clean Vitamin C Serum with Acerola Cherry 1.0 oz/ 30 mL for vitamin C and a huge dose of my skin's favorite humectant, hyaluronic acid.

My favourite hydrating moisturizer is the cerave moisturizing lotion for normal to dry skin. You can find it at pretty much any drug store!

@Valley01 Now that it's oh-so-hot out, I've been using CeraVe PM in the morning and when I come home from work.  In the cold months, I use Cetaphil Night Moisturizer.  And before bed, I still use Drunk Elephant Lala Retro™ Nourishing Whipped Refillable Moisturizer 1.69 oz/ 50 mL.
