embarrassed by a double chin

I've had a slight double chin ever since high school. Even when I was a size 3, it was there but didn't really bother me. Even when fluctuating weight, it didn't change in size. By as I got older, it has gotten to the point where I don't even like going out in public because I'm so embarrassed by it. It gets to the point where I will have a full blown panic attack because I don't want people to see me. I don't have thousands of dollars for a neck lift. Anyone have any advice on how to get rid of my double chin?

@BabyMC have you tried contouring? Carving out other areas of your face may give you more confidence and shift your focus from the area that troubles you. I would book an appointment at your local Sephora if you have one near by and use your free Rouge Complimentary Makeover to focus on contouring.

There are many exercises out there that are specifically designed to Target this area. Look them up. They're fairly simple, such as opening and closing your jaw, etc. Its worth giving it a try. hope this helps!
