can someone please tell me what the correct term is for these areas of redness on my cheeks!? Is it just called redness or something else!?

I’m 21 & don’t usually get pimples, if I do it’s just one or two & not like this, I can tell whenever I do have pimples because it’s obviously raised & just gross. These areas are different, it’s just stuck on my cheeks with redness/red looking spots! (Trying to look for products but I’m not sure whether to look for “acne” or “blemishes” or “redness” or if it’s called something else entirely.) Please help! also that’s a scratch in the 2nd picture just ignore it lol
