I was all-in today.  Tried my Elemis Superfood Veggie mask for the first time, then the Etude House Real Centella Ampoule, followed by the Origins Drink Up Intensive mask. The Elemis was a solid B.  I've read their claims but I've found better smoothing, better calming, and better moisturizing masks out there. It wasn't a bad little mask. My skin tingled a bit while on. Kind of reminded me a bit of a mud mask, but the mask mostly sunk into the skin. My skin did look refreshed after. Why only use it twice a week though?!  I'm not sure. Refreshed skin- check!Next up: Etude House 1 drop real Centella ampoule. This little gem is supposed to help calm skin due to the ingredient: centella, made from the plant and used for ages in China and in herbal medicines.  Calm skin- check!Origins mask- this smells soooooo good!  It's an overnighter and makes my skin soft. Soft skin- check! ORIGINS - Drink Up™ Intensive Overnight Hydrating Mask with Avocado & Swiss Glacier Water

Hi @mahikasaxena! With dry sensitive skin, I have to be careful with over exfoliating my skin. If you feel it is too much, maybe use each product every other night. It might be too much using two products with AHAs in one routine, especially since you use it in the AM. Good luck⭐️

Hi @cchristinaM ! I love DD Gross’ mineral SPF, it is really light. I like to use it for reapplication. If you are going to go swimming, you may want to look into a facial oil to apply after you get out of the water. I think it’s a good alternative to an actual moisturizer! I am using the Ordinary’s Rose Hip these days. Hope this helps.

@carlym99   I'm sorry I can't.  I don't think I regularly use a serum.  I tend to use more oils, creams, and treatment type products, like Omorovicza's Acid Fix.  Except, I do use Drunk Elephant's B-Hydra serum for moisture and texture help.A popular brand is Caudalie, and a lot of people like their Vinoperfect Radiance Serum.  I'm sorry I couldn't help more!

@SchylarR, well since no place locally sells it, I've had to place an order.  While searching, I read some reviews; hilarious, the pain of the peel off.  The only time I ever notice my pores are in the Summer when I am constantly applying sunscreen and I need a "Super Cleaner".  Hope it works as well as Supermud. When I get it, I will use it and  review on  Mask of Week Challenge & tag you.  Can't wait!

Hi @ashgiardier, people have given great tips here.  Just make sure to use sunscreen. I echo starting the two separately- and with lower strength to build up.  For AHA, something like FIRST AID BEAUTY - Facial Radiance Pads or REN CLEAN SKINCARE - Ready Steady Glow Daily AHA Tonic.

I'm whole-heartedly seconding what the other posters have said -- a nice clay mask / BHA peel to keep your pores clear is your best bet. I wanted to throw out another product mention -- VOLITION BEAUTY - Snow Mushroom Water Serum It claims to hydrate and 'minimize' pores. I believe the idea behind it is that the more plump and hydrated skin is, the less individual pores gape .. sorry for that unpleasant word choice, I honestly couldn't think of an alternative. You don't need this specific product, but if your skin is dehydrated, a 'plumping' serum could give your pores a little boost.  BTW, I mean I have just accepted it for what it is, but when you really look at my nose, you can see my pores.  And they aren't blackheads, I was so disappointed when I went for extractions and barely anything came out.  No amount of BHA or clay mask has made them invisible, nor has a fancy charcoal soap. So I'm signing off with, do the basics to clear out your pores, go beyond the basics to see if humectants are the missing ingredient, but also know that actually everyone has pores.  And it might be a good idea to start off with a facial.  One deep clean to get you started good luck!

Buffet.  I have bought this baby four times. I'm polyamorous with skincare, especially serums, but this is so good, and it layers with whatever else I'm using, there's just no reason not to use it.   Their moisturizer (NMF) is really good for what it is.  And their niacinamide serum and retinols / retinoids are awesome, I'm glad that I don't have to pay $100 just to know I'm getting effective active ingredients.   Lesser known pick? Azelaic acid. It's not a perfect product. It comes in a silicone-y formula, making it kind of hard to layer.  Plus, bc of its properties, you can't just mix it with whatever. I mean that' true for most active ingredients.  But anyway.  This stuff.. I have read that it is anti-inflammatory, as well as anti-bacterial and decreases keratin production. Which means - >  less topical redness and swelling, less acne, less white heads and blackheads (keratin), less hyperpigmentation. I'm getting into my mid-30s and I never really got the "hyperpigmentation" thing before.  I still think we could all obsess over little spots on our skin a lot less, but this little cream sure does a great job of evening things out. More than vitamin c or hydroquinone ever did.  I threw this in my cart once bc I needed to hit the shipping minimum from deciem, and I've been preaching about it ever since.  Not many people that wouldn't benefit from this!

@ashgiardier The cleanser probably isn't removing Unseen completely. Unseen contains lots of silicone, chemical spf and shea butter, which can be hard to remove, oil based cleansers are best and used first. Like CLINIQUE - Take The Day Off Cleansing Balm Oil based also hydrates the skin, can aid in moisture  balancing, which can lessen bumps as they can be from the skin trying to adapt itself to the dryness/dehydrated state.

@RoseAlly  I thought I would chime in here as I was using every product of Drunk Elephant line and exclusively only that line for 3 years or so.  It did really great job on hydrating and moisturizing my skin and making it pretty normal. Though it did not give me glass skin, plumped it up or gave me a radiant skin. I recently started venturing out to other brands and I realize that combination of multiple of these things is working for me better (more radiant and plump skin). Don't get me wrong, I still like Drunk Elephant a lot and use many of the products but I am not all and everything exclusively DE anymore. Just for your reference - I introduced The Ordinary Niacinamide which is doing wonders in terms of Brightening. I also use Caudalie Radiance Serum (bought in multiple subscription boxes so overall much cheaper) and that is true to it's name in my experience, gives radiant skin. I added CosRx BHA liquid which for me is gentler on me than the DE exfoliating serums.  DE products are really good and I love and agree with their philosophy (avoiding suspicious 6) but I found out that adding some different products (that also avoid suspicious 6 but are lower cost) in my routine is working better for me.
