Hi!! Does anybody know if the Youth To The People Mini Superfood Gentle Antioxidant Refillable Cleanser 2 oz/ 59 mL will help get rid of existing pimples? Also is it safe for sensitive skin?

@Bennie131 It depends a bit on what's causing your pimples. If you aren't currently washing your face then it can help keep dirt and debris from clogging your pores. It's a good general, gentle cleanser. That said, it's not a medicated cleanser so no, it won't cure most acne. You would need a leave-on treatment for that, depending on the rest of your routine. As far as being safe for sensitive skin- it really just depends on what your skin is sensitive to.
