What mask would you recommend?

Hi y'all 🙂 I'm currently looking for a mask. I've tried Glamglow before, it works well but it burns my skin a little bit, so I want to try something new. I have combination skin, but it is also sensitive. I'm looking for something that controls oil and tightens pores. What would you recommend? Thank you ❤️

Re: What mask would you recommend?

I had the same experience with Glamglow. It left my skin burning and red. I also have combination skin so I have found that using the kiehl's rare earth masque on my t-zone and the estee lauder revitalizing supreme mask on the rest of my face works wonders.

Origins original skin rose clay mask is AMAZING. It is very gentle but still super effective. It's hard to describe but it just makes my skin look so much better immediately after I use it. It's clay so it'll get the oil out of your pores, but it's still soothing and will make your skin look so even and fresh. I'm a mask addict and it's def one of my favourites.

Fresh Umbrian Clay Purifying Mask is my favorite. I have oily skin and hormonal acne and acne scars, and this mask cleans deeply and noticeably clears up blemishes in one use. It feels a little drying so I always follow up with a heavier moisturizer than I usually use.

I like the bosica masks (I tried the green oil-control peel off mask recently and liked it) or the Keihl's clay mask. I love trying new ones and I have quite a few DSs left to try.

Re: What mask would you recommend?

The Hygge HydraClay Detox Mask from Ole Henriksen is an amazing detox mask if you have sensitive skin! It's super creamy and it doesn't harden like most detox masks, so it's not uncomfortable while it's on. I find that it also kind of heats up on the skin while it's on, but not in a scary way- kind of feels like you're getting a facial. It also washes off really easily so you don't have to do any intense scrubbing that'll irritate the skin. Makes my skin feel hydrated but nice and matte, and of course pores look great afterwards. Love Love

RE: What mask would you recommend?

I use a tonymoly mask which is the only face mask that hasn't burned my skin like glamglow does.

RE: What mask would you recommend?

I have the same skin type as you and I just ordered the Glam Glow Supermud, but my go to masks are; Detox Clay Mask from Muddy Body and Mask of Magnaminty from Lush. Now the Mask of Magnaminty does contain tea tree, so it will tingly

This is more of a drug store product, but the biore self heating charcoal face mask is incredible to detox pores and make your face look brighter instantly.

Re: What mask would you recommend?

I would try the Caudalie Instant Detox Mask! It is amazing for detoxifying the pores and to control oil. And the ingredients will not irritate your sensitive skin 🙂

This is the description:

True rehab for the skin, this Instant Detox Mask brings life to a dull, tired complexion. It clears the pores of impurities and toxins, purifies from pollution, and invigorates lackluster skin. Great to use before a night out or after a stressful week, it is enriched with grape marc to detoxify, pink clay and coffee to clarify, and papaya enzymes for a boost of immediate radiance.
