What is the best primer for a smooth perfect texture?

I have been looking at the new Becca Blurring Primer and also the Too Faced Cooling and Matte Primer and I can't decide if those are what I want and if so which one?

I tried hourglass N28 primer serum. It works really well and costs $26 for 8ml.

I just started using a primer from the brand Touch In Sol and the name of the primer is called "No Poreblem" other than it helping blur imperfections it does a great job smoothing out the texture of skin! Plus it's super inexpensive and sells for $18

Coola Suncare Daydream SPF 30 primer. This one is magical. I can put this on and don't have to wear makeup. Gives me that soft blur matte finish.
