Vit C and niacinamide ?

I'm using truth serum (vit c) every morning and elta md sunscreen (has niacinamide). Just learnt that vit c and niacinamide doesn't go together.

Please help ! I love both, don't know how to change routine. At night I use pixi glycolic toner.

You *can* use vitamin C and niacinamide together.

@RGbrown ok. But I found redness and burning sensation when I used cerave cleanser (have niacinamide)at night after using truth serum in morning 😔

@GK17 Then one of your products may not be agreeing with your skin. Even if you did have the relatively rare flushing reaction that some people get when using niacinamide and Vit C- that only happens when they are in the same routine, not one at night and one in the morning. It's hard to say without knowing your full routine, but it's possible your skin doesn't react well to using vitamin C daily or there may be other products that are doing the irritating.
