Toner for oily skin that's also gentle?

With oily skin, I know I should be using a toner, but I also have eczema/sensitive skin. Anything with alcohol or any kind of acid as a primary ingredient makes my skin red and tight, which makes me even oilier. Most of the products for oily skin tend to have these type ingredients. Anyone else with oily sensitive skin find something that works?

If you're looking for something to help mattify, @RebekahPhillips I'd recommend fresh Umbrian Clay Purifying Facial Toner but I'd also consider just going with a hydrating toner to help balance your moisture barrier. I'm a big fan of Benton's Snail Bee Skin (toner) and Etude House's Moistfull Collagen toner.
