Toner for Winter Weather - Combination skin

I am currently using Obagi Salicylic Acid 2% toner for my acnes. But it is too dry on my skin for winter time 😞 Can anyone recommend me a good toner for combination skin during winter weather?

My friend has the same exact thing with her skin but she started using Paula choice it’s a toner and it helps with environmental damage. She says it’s great and doesn’t make her skin dry. I would recommend it for you it’s called Paula’s choice toner.
