Tinkle razor for facial hair

Spoiler
Spoiler

Are tinkle razors good for facial hair removal? Do they increase the hairgrowth or make the hair grow thicker? Also what should be the frequency of shaving with them

Re: Tinkle razor for facial hair

@mahnooraq  Tinkle razors are probably as good as most other facial razors. As long as the blade's not dull or nicked, and you're careful while shaving, they're fine.

Contrary to popular myth, no type of razor will increase hair growth or make hair grow back thicker. That’s true for the hair on the rest of your body too, not just your face. Shaving your hair doesn’t impact its growth rate or thickness. You can verify this fact with any dermatologist.

Frequency depends on the results you’re after. But since shaving is a form of exfoliation (a dermaplaning razor like the Tinkle scrapes some dead skin cells from your face’s surface, along with hair), I’d restrict it to once or twice a month at most if I was doing it to my own face.
