The Ordinary Amino Acids +B5

Hi All!  Just wondering if anyone, who has used The Ordinary Amino Acids +B5, can tell me if the liquid foams up a little after shaking the bottle.  Also, does it look a little "milky" when first applying it?  

I have bought most of my Ordinary products here, but this last bottle came from another retailer.  

Feeling skeptical....
