Textured skin.

Hey does anyone have any recommendations for textured/acne-prone skin and hyperpigmentation? I have used so many different products on the market to help smooth out my skin but nothing has seem to work for me.

In addition to tranexamic acid, azelaic acid also works wonders! Particularly what makes the 10% Azelaic Acid Booster a solid choice is the addition of salicylic acid (BHA). Oil-soluble BHAs have been well-studied to help combat textured/acne-prone skin. For the hyperpigmentation, the azelaic acid interferes with melanin production... More specifically it help to inhibit the activity of tyrosinase which is an enzyme that affects pigment production.
