*Sigh* my skin is a nightmare right now. For years I’ve had a great run with my skin, I’ve steadily used a consistent skincare routine that has worked for me (Texture has never been an issue but that may be because I previously have used so many acid based products/masks). 

This year due to reasons, I’ve had to work longer days and I stopped taking the BC pill. I think not taking BC has caused my current skin issues. I break out, tons of texture, washing my face makes me want to cry - i’m So used to smooth skin and there’s just bumps everywhere. 

I don’t know what to use, where to start. I started the pill again in hopes that it will help but who knows how long that will take. Any advice? 😔

@GG84 - I feel for you!  I'm going through the same thing.  Nothing I've tried has helped control the breakouts.  Exfoliation helps with the texture.  If I come across something, I'll let you know!

@GG84 Maybe try some physical exfoliation like microdermabrasion?
