Subclinical acne on forehead

What skin routine do I need to follow so I can get rid of these in my forehead! Please help!

Subclinical acne on forehead

I'm not sure but it reminds me of milia. I've read that tretinoin will get rid of them but you'll need to make a trip to the dermatologist. It's also used for wrinkles so it could be a win win depending on your other concerns

You can get tretinoin online at Curology. Their website is their name dot com. They have a dermatologist there who will do a consultation and prescribe the right dosage.
