Skincare routine advice!

Hey there, I really would like to start a skin care routine, but with like a good moisturizer, good cream for sleep and day time. My skin it is oil on the summer or with time, but fall and winter or after I shower it is more dry so I don’t know what to do, should I use a thicker moisturizer for sleep if so which one? And about the day time? I’m so lost
