Skincare @30

Hi all beauties

I am turning 30 soon. Need your advice on the skin care.
I have oily skin which is prone to acne.

Can any of you help with the the products I can use from morning to evening, that are affordable.

Thanks❤️❤️

Re: Skincare @30

@jassbal Do you have any products that you're currently using or are you looking to build a routine from scratch?

Re: Skincare @30

I am going to build up my routine.

Re: Skincare @30

@jassbal Ok. Then I'd recommend starting slowly and building up your base routine-- cleanser, moisturizer, and sunscreen. Once you have those in place, you can add in additional treatments to really target any skin issues you want to address. Here are a few recs to check out for oily skin:

cleansers-

- First Aid Beauty Pure Skin Face Cleanser

- philosophy Purity Made Simple Cleanser

- Youth To The People Superfood Gentle Antioxidant Refillable Cleanser

- fresh Soy Hydrating Gentle Face Cleanser

- for a drugstore option, I'd consider Cerave's hyrdrating cleanser

moisturizers-

- belif The True Cream Aqua Bomb

- Caudalie Vinosource-Hydra Moisturizing Sorbet 1.3 oz/ 40 mL

- Kate Somerville Goat Milk Moisturizing Cream 1.7 oz/ 50 mL

- CosRx Oil-Free Moisturizing Lotion (k-beauty products can usually be purchased cheaper from k-beauty retailers like stylekorean, jolse, yesstyle, stylevana, etc)

- Etude House Moistfull Collagen Emulsion

- OLEHENRIKSEN Sheer Transformation® Perfecting Moisturizer

- Benton Snail Bee Steam Cream

sunscreens:

- MDSolarSciences Mineral Creme 50

- COOLA Mineral Sun Silk Crème SPF 30 1.5 oz/ 44 mL

- Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen Invisible Broad Spectrum SPF 40 PA +++

Once you have your base routine set, you might want to add in a BHA treatment a few nights a week to help with breakouts. There are lots of good options at various price points for that- Paula's Choice, CosRx, Stridex, the Inkey List, SEPHORA COLLECTION Clarifying Peel Pads 60 Pads

One more thing I'd note is just to make sure you introduce new products slowly so that you can check for any negative reactions. I'd use a gentle cleanser for a week before starting the moisturizer. Then, assuming no bad reactions, in another week or so add in the sunscreen and go from there.
