Skin care suggestion?

Hi all, I’m 25 and I have a very sensitive skin. I do not have a skin care routine and all I does was use cleanse and moisture after because last year use a face mask and got a really bad breakout since then I was scare to use the unfamiliar product on my face. Right now I use the moisturizer that my Determogist refer me when I had breakout. I’m curious is there any sunscreen that I can use and any recommendations for the very sensitive skin

@ThunderT Can you tell us what specific cleanser and moisturizer you've been using? Also, what's your skin type- oily, dry, combo, normal? For sunscreen, I'd recommend checking out Supergoop! Unseen Sunscreen Invisible Broad Spectrum SPF 40 PA +++ or COOLA Mineral Sun Silk Crème SPF 30 1.5 oz/ 44 mL.

 this is what my skin look like right now. I’m using a simple face wash for sensitive skin(only switch a few week ago), before that I used cetaphil face wash. And I use neutrogena hydro boost for extra dry skin with hyaluronic acid.
