Skin acting up after vacation

I think it's strange that every time I'm traveling, my skin thrives, but as soon as I come home, my face breaks out like crazy. My guess is stress or a change in environment.

 

I went to an in-store event today with Dermalogica, and they recommended some products that might help without throwing off my whole routine (Dermalogica Clearing Skin Wash and Dermalogica PowerBright Dark Spot Peel 1.7 oz / 50 ml), and I grabbed them out of desperation.

 

Does anyone else experience this? If so, have you found a product or skincare practice that might help?
