Skin Care Superfood Masks

What are the top 5 skin care superfood masks I should have?

Re: Skin Care Superfood Masks

not sure if this counts (its natural and uses fruit enzymes, so i think it would) but herbivore blue tansy is the best mask!

Re: Skin Care Superfood Masks

It really depends on your skintype. In terms of type, I always have these:

- clay, mud or charcoal mask for oily areas or spot treatment on breakouts.

- hydrating/calming mask for dry skin, sensitive skin or winter days. Go for gel if you have combination skin, or cream if you have dry skin.

- sheet masks, there's one for pretty much every skin type and because it stays on your skin longer it gives a deeper treatment.

- overnight mask. I have combination skin so sometimes my moisturizer may not be enough and I like having something I can apply on top before bed if I need it.

In terms of superfood/ingredients:

- honey. It hydrates, is anti-aging and helps calm breakouts, so it's pretty much good for all skin types.

- aloe vera, rose, and tea but it depends more on the formulation and your skin type rather than specific food.
